All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion. Product colors may vary slightly from images due to monitor settings and photography conditions.

Our tahini products are made in a facility that processes sesame. All products contain sesame and are made on equipment that processes sesame products. Please review product labels and descriptions carefully for allergen information.

When you place an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated on our Site. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use the payment method provided
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You will pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when incurred

We ship products to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

Free shipping is offered on orders over $75 within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If products arrive damaged or if there is an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

To initiate a return:

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Products must be unopened and in original condition
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wholesale pricing and terms are available to qualified businesses, restaurants, retailers, and food service professionals. Wholesale accounts are subject to approval and separate wholesale agreements.

If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content to the Site ("User Content"), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such User Content in connection with our business.

• The User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• The User Content does not contain defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material

While we maintain ISO 22000 and SQF certifications and follow strict quality control procedures, we do not warrant that products will be free from defects or suitable for every intended use.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEBANESE QUEEN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the products in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lebanese Queen LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

All of our products contain sesame seeds. Our facility exclusively processes sesame products. Sesame is recognized as a major food allergen.

If you have a sesame allergy, our products are not suitable for you. Please review all product labels carefully before consumption. We are not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from the consumption of our products.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse these third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to reflect the parties' intent to the greatest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lebanese Queen LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
